About The Event
"Praise in Motion" desires to bring all to a personal encounter of God's transforming love and deepen their intimacy with Him by using the language of movement.
By using our bodies, we:
🕊️ Allow the Holy Spirit to reveal the mysteries of God, self and others
🕺 Dance with God - contemplate through movement
🙏🏼 Pray in a creative manner utilising and engaging our senses more actively
😮💨 Strengthen and relax the body besides releasing stress
