The History of Iconography Eastern & Western Traditions
Join us for an evening historical deep-dive into the sacred art forms of the undivided Christian Church. We will look at icons from a historical perspective, visual representations, techniques, form and matter. The evening will conclude with candlelight Compline (Night Prayer) in the presence of the icons of the 12 Great Feasts of the Church.
A love offering is most appreciated, which will go to the facilitator after the session.
