Job's First Trial (Job 1:6-22)

There are the obvious disorders that we know are wrong; the 10 commandments guide us to avoid some of these.

Then there are the less obvious, more subtle disorders...

I've come to discover in my own journey that even my good intentions can be a disorder because it can easily become the way I insist upon and it can harm relationships.

The way I use my life and gifts to serve God seems good but it can also just be me again trying to control and do my own will as I like.

If in trying to order our lives at its depths, we don't feel the pain of hardship, I would really wonder if there is any real work going on. But tough it may be, we know the resurrection is already awaiting us. And we are meant to arrive.
