Someone once told me that sitting with Jesus in the adoration room is like Sun-tanning. No words needed. With openness, just receive all that the Lord wishes to pour out on me, trusting that He is.
The good thing is... We can do this even in our rooms, for Jesus is always present with us. And this can make one of the best prayers. In fact, we can pray this way anytime, anywhere.
